摘 要:用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究秋水仙碱在0.2mol/L NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液(pH9.63)中的电化学行为,秋水仙碱于-1.304V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,在秋水仙碱浓度为0.05~10.0mg/L范围内,其一次微分线性扫描峰电流与秋水仙碱浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ip=0.00310+0.29373C,相关系数r=0.99287(n=10),检出限为0.03mg/L。对5.0mg/L秋水仙碱溶液进行6次平行试验,RSD为2.10%,回收率在98.00%~102.10%之间。方法可用于片剂中秋水仙碱含量的测定。The electrochemical behavior of Colchicine was studied in linear scanning polarographie method and cyclic voltammetry. In NH3-NH4CI buffer solution of pH 9.63, a sensitive reduetive wave of Colehieine appeared at -1.304V(vs.SCE). The linear relationship between the peak current and the Colehieine concentration in the range of 0.05mg-10.0mg/L(r=0.99713, n=10) was observed. The detection limit of the method was 0.03mg/L. RSD found from the data of 6 independent determinations at the concentration level of 5.0mg/L was 2.10%, Recovery rates obtained were in the range of 98.0%-102.1%. This method can be applied to the analysis of Colchicine in tablets.
