荧光假单胞菌株P13分泌铁载体抑制油菜菌核病菌

摘　　要：通过铬天青(CAS)检测法和400 nm特异光谱吸收法测定了在无铁条件下,荧光假单胞菌株P13能大量分泌铁载体,对油菜菌核病菌有较强的抑制作用.随着铁离子浓度的提高,铁载体分泌减少,对油菜菌核病菌的抑制作用减弱.By the chrome azurol （CAS） and 400 nm specific spectral absorption assay,we found Pseudomonas fluorescens P13 could secrete siderophores,which had a strong inhibiting effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. With increasing of iron concentration, the siderophores secretion reduced, and the inhibiting effect weakened.
