摘 要:基于Flügge壳体理论和Helmholtz波动方程,求解了舷间托板动力响应的双壳声-流体-结构耦合方程。通过模型试验分析了敷设声学覆盖层的加筋双层圆柱壳舷间振动传递特性。试验表明,舷间采用托板连接时内外壳间的耦合作用很强,舷间振动能量主要通过托板传递,声学覆盖层敷设方式对内外壳间的耦合关系影响很小。基于阻抗失配原理,在舷间振动的主传递通道上设计了几种高传递损失的复合托板结构形式,数值分析了各种复合托板的隔振性能,并对比了它们的隔振效果。Based on the Flügge shell theory and the Helmholtz equation,taking into account the dynamic response of brace,the vibration equation coupled by the sound-fluid-structure is solved.The characteristics of vibration passing through stiffened double-cylindrical shells which are coated with acoustic covering layers are studied by a test.The test data shows that the coupling effect is quite strong when the shells are connected by the braces which mainly pass the vibration between the shells.The laying cases of acoustic covering layers have little influence on the coupling effect of the shells.The high transmission loss composite brace structures are designed in the main passing path of vibration wave between the shells using the impedance mismatch theory.The vibration isolation performance of the composite brace structures are analyzed nomerically and the effectiveness of thenc are compared.
