稳心颗粒治疗扩张型心肌病室性心律失常的安全性及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒治疗扩张型心肌病室性心律失常的临床疗效和安全性。方法扩张型心肌病室性心律失常46例在常规治疗的基础上,停用抗心律失常药物至少1周后,予稳心颗粒9g,每日3次温开水冲服,4周为1个疗程。结果显效率58.7%,总有效率89.1%。实验室检查(血、尿、粪常规,血脂,血糖,肝功能,肾功能)、心电图指标(心率、PR间期、QRS时限、QT间期)与用药前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗扩张型心肌病室性心律失常(主要是室性期前收缩)疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect and safety of Wenxin granule on the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with ventricular arrhythmias. Methods On the basis of conventional therapy, 46 patients withdraw medicine resisting arrhythmias after at least one week and were administrated by Wenxin granule, 9g, thrice a day. The course was 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment with Wenxin granule, symptom of 89.1% patients were improved significantly. But there was no significant difference between before and treatment on laboratory examination, HR, PR intervals, QRS interval and QT interval （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin granula has obvious effect with no side effects on dilated cardiomyopathy with ventricular arrhythmias.
