摘 要:目的:了解湖北省社区卫生服务人力资源的现状,为社区卫生服务的可持续发展提供决策依据。方法:使用《湖北省社区卫生服务机构人员调查表》对湖北省各城市社区卫生服务中心及站的人力资源现状进行普查。结果:湖北各社区卫生服务机构具有一定数量、一定学历层次和职称层次的卫生技术人员。人员培训、上级医疗机构对口支援等逐年增长。但人员配置情况存在地区差异,社区卫生服务中心和站之间也存在差别。高学历、高职称人员配置比例偏低,全科医师、护士人数偏少。结论:湖北省社区卫生服务人力资源稳步发展,但尚需缩小地区间差异;社区卫生服务机构人员结构尚需调整,人员素质有待提高,中心和站之间的人员素质差异正逐渐得以改善。Objective:To evaluate the human resource of community health services (CHS) in the cities of Hubei Province then provide basis for decision-making. Methods:Conducted a questionnaires survey to investigate the current situation of human resource in the CHS centers and stations. Results:The CHS institutions have groups of health technicians with certain numbers, certain education levels and certain headship. Personnel training and medical aid support from higher hospital are developing year by year. However, there are regional differences in the allocation of human resource, CHS centers and stations are also different. Employees which are highly educated or have high headships are still in a low proportion, general practitioners and nurses are lacking. Conclusion:The human resource of CHS in Hubei Province developed steadily, but regional differences are still needed to be reduced; the structure of CHS staff is needed to be adjusted and personnel quality is needed to be improved. The differences between centers and stations are gradually improved.
