摘　　要：新医改出台基本药物制度,本文对新医改背景下国家基本药物制度进行思考,为完善国家基本药物制度提供借鉴。分析了国家基本药物制度对患者、医院、药品生产商、药品零售业及医药代表的影响,并提出国家基本药物制度本身的缺陷及其推进过程中的阻碍,给出了完善的措施。Under the background of the new medical reform system,the author thinks of the national essential medicine systems in order to provide reference to improve it.The article analyzes that the national essential medicine system has had impact on patients,hospitals,pharmaceutical manufacturers,pharmaceutical retailers and medical representative and itself defects and the obstruction it promoted.It also puts forwards to the improvememts.
