机动车驾驶员心理健康状况与违法驾驶行为的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨机动车驾驶员心理健康水平与违法驾驶行为的关系。方法:采用SCL-90对3855名驾驶员进行心理测试。测试结果采用本次团体自我评估方法并参考我国SCL-90常模进行评价。结果:SCL-90总分及各因子分与驾驶员的违法驾驶行为次数存在相关关系。尤其是行车里程在5万公里以内的驾驶员,各因子分及总分的均值有多次违法驾驶行为组显著高于无违法驾驶行为组。假设不同道路环境驾驶时,驾驶员采取的不同驾驶行为与心理状况有关。结论:驾驶员心理健康状况与交通安全违法驾驶行为有关。Objective：To investigate the relationship of the mental health conditions of automobile drivers and the traffic violations.Method：3855 drivers were included in this study, and assessed using self-appraisal and SCL-90 model.Results：There were correlation between scores of SCL-90 factors and the incidents of traffic violations,particularly for the drivers with less than 50,000 kilometer driving experience,each factor scores and total scores were higher.Assuming that the driving conditions are different,and the drivers＇ behaviors were related to their mental conditions.Conclusions：The mental health conditions of automobile drivers was directly related to traffic violations.
