武汉市大型医院护士长心理应对的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解武汉市大型医院护士长心理应对方式及其相关影响因素。方法:对武汉市15家大型医院的150名护士长进行问卷调查。结果:不同年龄、不同任职年限的护士长在成熟型应对方式上差异有统计学意义(<0.05或<0.01);不同学历的护士长在混合型应对方式上差异有统计学意义(<0.05),二级医院和三级医院的护士长,不同职称、不同科室的护士长在应对方式上差异无统计学意义。结论:护士长心理应对受多种因素影响,要加强护理人员心理健康教育,以提高医院的综合管理水平。Objective：To understand the psychological coping modes and related factors of matron in large hospital in Wuhan. Methods： Conducted a questionnaire survey to 150 nurses in 15 large hospitals in Wuhan. Results：Different age and different ages in different position in the mature period on coping styles are statistically significant difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Different qualifications in the mixed period on coping styles are statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Matron in secondary hospitals and the third class hospitals, matron of different titles and different departments in coping styles have no statistically significant different. Conclusion：The psychological coping of matron are affected by many factors, and we should strengthen the education of mental health of nurses in order to improve the comprehensive management level of the hospital.
