摘 要:使用27个SRAP引物组合,对47个重要的甜高粱种质材料进行了遗传相关性和遗传多样性的分析。结果产生了可以明确区分所有参试的甜高粱基因型的SRAP指纹图谱,聚类分析将它们分为在糖产量性状及其他农艺、形态性状上具有明显差异的3类,其中第I类为具有高Brix和高糖产量的基因型,第Ⅲ类中的大多数基因型则与此相反。所建立的47个甜高粱基因型的SRAP指纹图谱可用于这些基因型的鉴定,同时,所得到遗传相关性与遗传多样性信息为进一步的遗传研究和杂交亲本的选择提供了参考依据。This study used 27 SRAP primer pairs to analyze genetic relationships and genetic diversity among 47 elite sweet sorghum gemplasm. The results showed that the studied genotypes could be definitively distinguished by the SRAP fingerprinting patterns generated from these primer pairs. Furthermore, cluster analysis based on SRAP data classfied the studied genotypes into 3 major groups,and this result largely consistent with the phylogenetic relation- ships of the studied genotypes based on sugar yield traits and morphologic traits. In these 3 groups,all of genotypes be- longed to group I had a high sugar yield and Brix while the reverse was true for most genotypes from group III. The fingerprinting patters produced by this study could be applied for identification of the studied genotypes,and the resul- ted information on genetic relationships and genetic diversity among 47 elite sweet sorghum gemplasm provided a good base for choosing cross parents in genetic researches and developing new varieties.
