摘 要:以提高芫荽光合速率、降低硝酸盐含量为目的,采用水培方法,研究了不同氮素形态对芫荽光合速率、硝酸盐积累、生长等的影响。结果表明:芫荽根系比叶片易于积累硝酸盐。在介质中NO3--N与NH4+-N同时存在,而且NO3--N比例较高时,芫荽叶片硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、光合速率、生物量相对较高。In order to improve photosynthetic and reduce nitrate content,the paper was conducted under con- trolled hydroponics to value the influence of nitrogen form on growth and photosynthesis and nitrate metabolism of cor- iander(Coriandrum sativum). The results showed nitrate content,nitrate reductase,net photosynthetic rate in leaves and biomass increased with the decreasing ratio of NH4 ~ -N/NO3 - -N, when nitrate and ammonium were applied sim- ultaneously in solution. Nitrate accumulated in the root of coriander easily than leaves.
