摘　　要：综述了海洋生物抗氧化活性物质种类及研究现状,讨论了海洋生物抗氧化活性物质的抗氧化作用及其机理,并展望了从海洋中寻找抗氧化活性物质的广阔前景。In this paper,the recent research situation and the kinds of antioxidative materials from marine living things were reviewed. Their antiodative effects and mechanisms were discussed. The results showed that there was a good prospect in searching antiodative materials from marine living things.
