摘 要:提出了一种基于曲轴转速波动的内燃机失火检测方法,它针对曲轴转速的瞬态变化规律,引入曲轴转速段加速度的概念,应用内燃机电控单元中微处理器的时间处理单元对其进行实时精确计算。为防止误判和漏检,还设定了进行失火诊断时应满足的条件。台架试验和实验车道路试验检测的结果表明,该失火诊断的方法与策略能实时精准地完成内燃机的失火故障诊断。A misfire detecting method for internal combustion engine is proposed based on the fluctuation of crankshaft speed. According to the transient changing rule of crankshaft rotation speed, a concept of segment accel- eration of crankshaft speed is introduced, and a real-time accurate calculation is conducted by using time processing unit of microprocessor in the electronic control unit of engine. The conditions for performing misfire diagnosis are also predefined to avoid mal-detection or misdiagnosis. The results of bench test and the road test on experimental vehicle show that the diagnosis method and strategy proposed can effectively and accurately detect the misfire fault of intemal combustion engine.
