摘　　要：基于我国城市燃气阔步向以天然气为主导气源转变的现状,结合实际案例,介绍了新时期开发城市天然气利用项目的前期准备、市场调研、数据处理、分析预测等环节需要研究的具体内容。前期准备的主要目的是初步确定天然气利用的市场研究方向;市场调研则需要收集用气城市的政策信息,天然气用户的信息,以及用气城市燃气发展现状与竞争对手的信息;数据处理是指对用气负荷、天然气价格及受众对价格的承受能力等的量化分析;分析预测即对用气市场进行客观、全面、理性地分析和判断,为合理利用天然气资源,发展天然气业务提供指导。Based on the situation that natural gas in China is rapidly changing into a leading gas resource of city gas,combined with actual cases,market research about developing and utilizing city gas in the new period are introduced,which includes prophase preparation of gas project,market investigation and study,data processing and analysis and/or forecast,and among them,main purpose of 'prophase preparation of gas projects' is to initially determine market research direction in natural gas utilization;'market investigation and study' is to collect information about relative policy for gas consuming cities,information about gas consumers,as well as the information about gas developing situation for gassing cities and that of competitors;'data processing' means a quantitative analysis on gas consuming load,gas price and consumers’ affordability to the price and 'analysis and/or forecast' is to analyze and judge gas market on the objective,comprehensive and rational basis and to provide a guide in reasonable utilization of gas resource so as to develop gas business.
