摘  要:目的:比较研究芦柑皮挥发油和丁香挥发油对H巴布剂的透皮作用,以便为制备H巴布剂选择最佳促透材料。方法:采用体外Franz扩散池法,以兔皮为材料,以HPLC法测定含量,研究芦柑皮挥发油和丁香挥发油对H巴布剂中胡椒碱的透过量影响。结果:芦柑皮挥发油的促透量为(6.01±0.37)μg·cm-2,丁香挥发油的促透量为(4.46±0.28)μg·cm-2。结论:芦柑皮挥发油的促透效果优于丁香挥发油。Objective:To study the percutaneous absorption of H cataplasm with different penetration enhancers and to determine the best penetration enhancer to prepare the H cataplasm. Methods: Using rabbit skin as transdermal barrier,the penetration percentage of piperine in different cataplasm with different penetration enhancers-Clover Oil and Orange Essential Oil were determined with the Franz diffusing cells. The content of piperine permeated through the rabbit skin was determined by HPLC. Results: The Q of piperine with Clover Oil and Orange Essential Oil were 4. 46 ± 0. 28μg· cm-2,6. 01 ± 0. 37μg·cm-2 respectively. Conclusion: The penetration efficiency of Orange Essential Oil is better than Clover Oil.
