丁香提取物结肠靶向片体外释放及释放机理的研究

摘　　要：目的:考察丁香提取物的结肠靶向制剂的体外释放特点,以便为其体内靶向性提供支持数据。方法:采用模拟体内pH环境的不同溶液作为释放介质,进行累积释放度的研究,并通过数学原理和相关模型探讨其释放性能和机理。结果:在模拟胃和小肠的pH环境下的释放介质中不释放药物,而在结肠的模拟环境下逐步释放;而且不同批次的制剂释药性能无显著性的差异,释药机理为骨架溶蚀型。结论:体外动力学实验数据表明,提示丁香提取物的结肠定位靶向片可具有良好的结肠靶向性。Objective： To investigate the release property of Syringopicrosid in the colon-specific targeting tablet in vitro so that to provide the scientific data for the target effect in body. Methods： The different pH environments simulated for body were used as releaseing medium so that to research the accumulative releasebility. And the release property and mechanism were investigated by the mathematics principle and relative model. Results： The drugs were not released in the environments simulated the stomach and small intestine but the drugs were released progressively in the environments simulated the colon. And there were not obvious differences for the release property between the different preparations. The releaseing principle is matrix corroding type. Conclusion： The experimental data showed that the colon-specific delivery tablet has good target effect in colon.
