摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮颗粒对痤疮患者体液免疫中白介素-6和白介素-8水平的影响。方法:观察30例痤疮患者用药前后体液免疫中细胞因子IL-6和IL-8水平,以15例健康人作对照,采用放射性免疫学方法进行检测。结果:痤疮颗粒治疗痤疮患者后,其体液免疫中前炎症细胞因子IL-6和IL-8水平较用药前有显著变化(P﹤0.01);且经过治疗后患者血清中IL-6和IL-8水平与正常对照组无差异(P﹥0.05).结论:痤疮颗粒治疗痤疮的机制有降低机体前炎症细胞因子IL-6和IL-8的水平,从而改善体液免疫的一个方面。Objective：To observe the effect of Acne Granula on IL-6 and IL-8 level in humoral immune response in patients with acne. Method：By radioimmunity technique,in 15 cases of healthy people as control,to observe 30 cases of patients with acne before and after treatment on cytokine IL-6 and cytokine IL-8 level in humoral immune response. Results ：Treated with Acne Granula,the IL-6 and IL-8 level in humoral immune response of patients are remarkably different from before（P 0. 01）;and as not different as normal（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The mechanism of Acne Granula treats acne ,in one respect ,it could reduce the body＇s proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-8 levels and then improve the humoral immune response.
