摘　　要：目的:明确老年脑卒中患者性行为异常的影响因素。方法:26例老年脑卒中患者性行为异常者,进行中医辨证分型,对性别、病灶及其它相关因素进行分析。结果:老年脑卒中患者性行为异常与病灶位置、性别、生活背景、性格、住院时间有关,与激素水平无明显相关。中医辨证分型以肝火旺盛、扰动心神为多。结论:老年脑卒中患者性行为异常是严重的精神障碍,应引起重视。Objective： To identify the influencing factors of abnormal sexual behaviors in senile stroke patients. Methods ： 26 senile stroke patients who have abnormal sexual behaviors were classified by the way of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification syndrome and then the influencing factors were analyzed including sex,cerebral localization, etc. Results： Abnormal sexual behaviors in senile stroke patients is related with cerebral localization,sex ,background, character ,days in the hospital,but is not involved in sex hormones. The typing of overabundant Liver-Fire which dis-turbs the mind is most in differentiation for syndrome classification. Conclusion： The abnormal sexual behaviors in senile stroke patients is a serious mental problem thus should be emphasized.
