摘　　要：文件系统设计是嵌入式系统设计的重要组成部分,一个合适的文件系统解决方案可以极大地提高系统的性能并充分利用系统资源。根据NAND FLA SH设备的特点提出了在ARM处理器S3C 2410和嵌入式L inux平台上实现CRAM FS作为根文件系统,YAFFS作为用户数据分区的方案,并说明了此方案的实现步骤。据此建立的文件系统在嵌入式系统中运行良好,对嵌入式操作系统的开发与使用具有参考意义。The file system is a very important in embedded Linux sytsem,and a suitable file system may greatly improve system＇s performance and fully ulitlize system＇s resources.In this pager,a solution that CRAMFS as root file system and YAFFS as user＇s data partition are proposed according to the characteristic of the NAND FLASH devices in the platform of S3C2410 and embedded Linux operation.The detailed steps of finishing the scheme are also interpreted.The solution works well in the embedded system,and it can be referred to by the exploiting and use in embedded system.
