摘　　要：涤棉染色在高温下收缩比较严重,经常出现内层浮色外层浅和纱线卡断现象,我们采取了多种措施,但收效不大,采用弹簧管染涤棉纱很好的避免了内层浮色外层浅和纱线卡断两个问题,解决了困扰我们多年的难题,收到了很好的效果。High temperature package dyeing of cotton/polyester yarns often results in serious shrinkage of yarns, loose colour with inner layers and light colour with outer layers,and yarn breaking. We have then taken a lot of measures but with little improvement. Now we use spring tubes which have obtained good results and solved the above long-standing problems.
