摘　　要：创业环境评价是按照一定的评价标准对一定区域范围内的创业环境现状进行定性和定量调查分析,将创业环境用指数予以量化,其有利于各地区创业活动的比较,并对创业者创业地点的选择和对创业政策机制的改善产生一定的积极意义。通过提出城市创业环境指数的概念,并建立指数框架体系,运用一定的数学方法对长江三角洲部分城市的创业环境作出评价。Assessment of entrepreneurial environment is to investigate the entrepreneurial environments of a certain region based on certain evaluation indexes. Uising indexes to assess the environments could be quantitified comparison on reginaonal entrepreneurial activities, which is helpful for selection of entrepreneurial location and policy making. This paper has put forward the index concept of city entrepreneurial environment, established the framework of the entrepreneurial environment index, anddone empirical study on cities of Changjiang delta.
