律复康胶囊对正常小鼠自主活动的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察律复康胶囊对小鼠自主活动的影响[1],为临床用药提供依据。方法:取实验小鼠50只,均分为正常对照组(等容量蒸馏水)、阳性对照组(7.020g生药/kg)、律复康胶囊小剂量组(2.582g生药/kg)、律复康胶囊中剂量组(5.164g生药/kg)、律复康胶囊大剂量组(10.328g生药/kg),连续给药7d后,观察药物对小鼠自主活动的影响。结果:律复康胶囊各剂量组能够明显减少小鼠活动次数,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:律复康胶囊各剂量组可明显减少正常小鼠自主活动次数。Objective： To observe the effects of Lvfukang Capsule on the independent activity of normal mice, providing the basis for the clinical medication. Method： Fifty experiment mice were divided equally into 5 groups： the normal control group （ equal capacity of distilled water）, postive control group （7. 020 g crude drugs/kg）, Lvfukang Capsule of small dose group （2. 582 g crude drugs/kg）, Lvfukang Capsule of middle dose group （5. 164 g crude drugs/kg）, Lvfukang Capsule of large dose group （10. 328 g crude drugs/kg）. They were given medicine continuously for 7 days. Results： Lvfukang Capsule of different doses could obviously reduce the activity times of the mice, there were significant difference with the normal control group （P 〈 0.05, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Lvfukang Capsule of different doses could obviously reduce the independent activity times of normal mice.
