摘　　要：产业损害评估是反倾销调查的关键环节,其以受调查产业为研究对象,以产业损害成因判定、产业损害幅度测算为研究内容,迫切需要大量多来源、多层次、多类型、综合性的数据资源的支撑。分析了反倾销产业损害数据的特征,讨论了构建共享数据资源网需要解决的若干关键问题,其中重点剖析了评估和预警对标准数据规范的需求。The key to under investigation as anti -dumping the research investigations is assessment of industry injury, object and takes determination of industrial t of industrial injury margin as the content of study. It＇s in urgent need of number of multi-source, multi-level, multi-type and integrated data sources. This characteristics of data on anti-dumping Industry Injury and, discusses several key which takes industry injury causes and support from a large paper analyzes the issues on building a resource network to share data. It focuses on dissecting the requirements of assessment and early warning for the standard data specification.
