区域创新系统内部知识转移障碍及对策分析——以泛珠江三角洲区域为例

摘　　要：企业、大学及研究机构之间缺乏良好的知识流动,导致的知识生产、转化和扩散受限是目前我国区域创新系统发展过程中存在的主要问题。以泛珠江三角洲区域创新系统为例,在剖析知识转移障碍基础上,提出对策:政府应该完善系统功能建设,制定相关政策导向;知识供需双方应该科学感知"知识缺口",建立内外激励机制和专门互动的组织。The lack of knowledge flows among firms, universities and research institutions, leading to the restriction of knowledge production, transformation and proliferation, which is a major problem of regional innovation systems （RIS） Based on case study of Pan-Pearl River Delta RIS, the paper Chinese proposes solutions after analyzing the barriers of knowledge transfer： local government should improve the system＇s function and relevant policy guidance; supply and demand sides of knowledge should perceive ＂knowledge gap＂, establish incentive mechanisms and specialized interaction organization.
