摘 要:以葡萄糖为还原剂,聚乙二醇(相对分子质量600)为表面分散剂,反应温度为60℃,采用化学液相还原法制备了纳米银薄膜。测试结果表明,纳米银分散性较好。抗菌性能测试表明每10kgLDPE中纳米银的含量为10mg时,LDPE/nano-Ag对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98.0%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为94.7%,抑菌圈直径均大于2mm,LDPE/nano-Ag复合材料具有一定的抗菌性。LDPE/nano-Ag Composite Membrane, used Glucose as reducing agent while polyglycol (relative molecular mass-600) as surface dispersant, whose reaction temperature is at 60 ℃ , and nano-silver film is prepared by chemical liquid reduction method as well. Antibacterial tests showed that nano-silver has a good dis- persion. Antibacterial property tests indicated that when the content of nano-Ag was 10 mg in per 10kg (LDPE), the inhibition rate of LDPE/nano Ag on colibacillus was 98.0 percent, the inhibition rate on staphylococcus aureus was 94.7 percent, and whose inhibition zone diameter was above 2 ram. Thus LDPE/nano-Ag composite material has a good antibacterial property.
