摘　　要：通过对目前国内使用的不同类型乳化机的技术结构评述,分析了影响乳化效能与安全性的主要因素,提出了乳化机结构与安全性设计的技术要点,给出了相应结论。By commentary on the technology structure of various emulsion machine used in China now,the main influencing factors of emulsifying effectiveness and safety are analyzed,the technical points of mechanical and safe design about the emulsion machine are put forward,and some corresponding results are given.
