高强螺栓直接张拉法在河南电视塔工程中的应用

摘　　要：通过对高强螺栓施加预拉力常规方法存在的问题进行探讨,结合规范和工程实例,分析高强螺栓未达到预拉力或超拧所带来的工程隐患。具体介绍了高强螺栓直接施加预拉力的原理和工艺。从河南省广电发射塔工程钢结构安装中的应用情况来看,具有较好的技术经济效果。采用新工艺施加预拉力后,节点法兰面的贴合紧密度得到改善,安装效率也明显提高。可为高强螺栓的应用提供参考。Through discussion on the existing problems of conventional pre-tension imposing method for high strength bolt,combining the code and engineering examples,we analyze the hidden dangers of high strength bolt caused by unreached pre-tension level or over-turning the bolt.We introduce the principles and technological process of the direct pre-tension imposing method in construction of Henan TV Tower Project in detail.The results show that this method embodies a satisfied technological and economic effect,and the compactness of joint flange surfaces and installation efficiency are improved,which could be referred for the application of the high strength bolts.
