摘 要:试验研究了在低磷日粮中添加植酸酶、抗坏血酸、维生素D3、木聚糖酶等物质对育肥猪生产性能、养分消化率和血液指标的影响。选取50kg±4.49kg的斯格纯种猪60头,分为6个组:①常磷组;②低磷组(NC);③NC+植酸酶组;④NC+植酸酶+抗坏血酸组;⑤NC+植酸酶+抗坏血酸+维生素D3组;⑥不加磷酸氢钙+植酸酶+抗坏血酸+维生素D3组。每组2个重复,每个重复5头猪。结果表明,低磷日粮添加植酸酶、抗坏血酸和维生素D3后显著提高了日增重和采食量(P<0.05),但对料重比无影响(P>0.05),使各养分的消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。血液指标中只有碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),其余均无显著影响。因此,在育肥猪低磷日粮中添加植酸酶、抗坏血酸和维生素D3等物质能代替部分无机磷,可显著改善育肥猪的生长性能和养分消化率。The effect of adding phytase, ascorbic acid, vitamin D3, xylanase enzymes in low-phosphorus diets on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and plasma index of finishing pig was studied. Sixty purebred pigs (Scott) with an average initial weight of 50 kg ± 4.49kg were divided into six groups randomly: ① control group; ② low-phosphorus group (NC);③ NC+phytase; ④NC+phytase + ascorbic acid; ⑤NC+phytase+ ascorbic acid + vitamin D3; ⑥without phosphate + phytase + ascorbic acid + vitamin D3. Each treatment had two replicates of five pigs. The results showed that: The addition of phytase, ascorbic acids, vitamin D3 to low-P diets significantly increased daily gain and feed intake(P0.05), and F/G were not affected. Nutrient digestibility were improved apparently (P0.05). Alkaline phosphates activity in Plasma index reduced significantly (P 0.05). Adding phytase, ascorbic acid and vitamin D3 to low-phosphorus diets of finishing pigs could substitute for part of the inorganic phosphorus, and significantly improve the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of the pigs.
