四君子散对围产期奶牛免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨四君子散对围产期奶牛免疫水平的影响,试验选择了在围产期的健康奶牛20头,随机分为中药组和对照组,每组各10头,连续给药10d,测定奶牛的嗜中性粒细胞吞噬率、Ea玫瑰花环形成率、红细胞C3b受体花环形成率和IC花环形成率的变化情况。结果显示,中药组与对照组相比,奶牛的免疫机能水平明显提高。In order to explore the effects of Sijunzisan on dairy cow immune level in perinatal period, 20 healthy cows were chosen and divided into two groups, traditional Chinese medicine group and control group. Devour activity of neutrophile granulocyte, Ea rosette formation rate, RBC C3b receptor formation rate and RBC IC formation rate were determined after the traditional Chinese medicine group were fed with the Sijunzisan ten days later. The results showed that compared with the control group, the immune function in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly improved.
