摘  要:将沼泽红假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌量的配比优化成复合有益菌,并将该复合有益菌应用于泥鳅养殖池塘。结果表明,当沼泽红假单胞菌(3×109cfu/mL)和枯草芽孢杆菌(3×108cfu/mL)配比为4:1时,对水质的改善效果最好;在池塘应用试验中,当该复合菌液用量为0.5mL/m3时,能够增加养殖池塘的溶氧值、降低CODMn、总氮和总磷,试验池塘与对照池塘相比,泥鳅体重增长量提高很多,因此,有益菌之间的协同作用,能够更好地改善养殖生态环境,促进泥鳅的生长。Rhodopseudomonas palustris and Bacillus subtilis through optimization of ratio and formulation with them in the loach culturing pond were studied in the test. The results showed that,when the ratio Rhodopseudomonas palustris(3×109 cfu/ mL) and Bacillus subtilis(3×108 cfu/mL) is 4∶1, the water quality was improved significantly; With the dosage of 0.5mL/m3, the composite beneficial bacteria could increase the dissolved oxygen,reduce COD,total nitrogen, total phosphorus and so on in the pond; The weight of loach increased a lot in the test group compared with the control group. Therefore,the synergetic effect of optimized composite beneficial bacteria could improve the culture environment and promote the growth of loach.
