摘 要:目的研究楮头红保肝护肝活性部位。方法对楮头红乙醇提取物采用系统溶剂法进行萃取分离,分成4个极性部位,用小鼠四氯化碳急性肝损伤模型筛选楮头红保肝护肝活性部位。结果小鼠灌胃给予楮头红正丁醇部位可明显抑制血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶升高(均P<0.05),与阳性对照药水飞蓟素比较差异无显著性。结论正丁醇部位为楮头红保肝护肝活性部位。ObjectiveTo study the hepatoprotective fractions of Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall. MethodsThe ethanol parts were isolated and extracted by using systemic solvents and four polarities were obtained. The acute liver injury model on mice was induced by CCl4,on which effective fractions were screened and identified. Resultsn-BuOH fraction by intragastric administration in mice significantly decreased surum ALT and AST (both P〈0.05), compared with the model control,and had no significant difference from silybin, the positive control.Conclusionn-BuOH fraction is the hepatoprotective part of Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall.
