摘　　要：多元化投资是当前中国传媒产业发展的一大趋势。综观我国传媒多元化投资现状,总体情况不能令人满意。要使传媒多元化投资行为趋于理性成熟,中国必须进一步深化传媒产权制度改革,同时放松传媒规制,并在有条件的情况下尝试建立有效、严格的破产制度。Diversified investment has become a trend in the development of China＇s media industry. But if we take an overview at the status of media＇ s diversified investment, we will find that it is not satisfactory. The paper points out that in order to standardize the media＇ s diversified investment, China should deepen the reform of media property rights system, loosen government control of the media industry, and attempt to establish an effective and strict insolvency regimes in the Case of conditional.
