福州地区中等职业学校体育师资队伍现状研究  

Study on Present Situation of Physical Education Instructors in Secondary Vocational Schools Across Fuzhou Areas

摘　　要：运用文献资料调研、调查、数理统计等方法,通过对福州地区中等职业学校体育师资的数量、年龄、学历、职称、科研及其目前在工作中遇到的问题进行调查,结果显示:福建省福州地区中等职业学校的体育师资队伍存在老中青比例不协调、职称结构不合理、教师学历有待提高;教师职后培训及继续教育的方式缺少途径;教师安心于本职工作的思想欠稳定;缺乏参与教学科研的手段和动因;工作量大、待遇低的状况未有较大的改变。建议:改善体育教学条件;优化师资队伍结构,重视激励机制,创造教研氛围。By literature research, investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper studied the age, education,job tide, scientific research and current problems at work of the vocational school physical education teachers in Fuzhou Region. The resuits showed that：teachers ages disproportion exists, title structure is irrational, teacher education needs to be raised; opportunities of training and continuing education are rare; lack of participation in teaching and research incentives; and the situation of heavy workload, low pay and poor conditions is hardly changed. Countermeasures ： improving sports teaching conditions; optimizing the teaching staff structure, and attention paid to developing incentives to create teaching and research atmosphere.
