摘　　要：介绍了一种使用廉价的摄影设备实现对地面三维地形的勘测系统,系统由机载摄像系统和地面应用处理系统组成,实现用视频摄像机完成对地观测任务,可应用于城市建设、森林植被勘测、边境安全监视、反恐、缉毒等应用领域。提出的对视频图像处理的技术包括无缝拼接、地理注册、形成高精度地面3D模型影像。This paper presents a ground survey system using low-cost photographic devices to acquire three-dimensional terrain information.Such system contains onboard camera system and ground application processing system.It could achieve earth observation missions with video camera and can be used in urban construction,forest vegetation investigation,border security surveillance,anti-terrorism,drug smuggling capture and other applications.The video image processing technology presented in this paper includes seamless splicing,geographic registration,and 3D high-precision ground-images model formation.
