摘　　要：绿原酸是一种苯丙素类化合物,其提取工艺很多,各有特点。简要介绍了绿原酸的理化性质和生物活性,综述了近年来绿原酸几种提取工艺的研究进展,并对其作了简要比较分析,着重讨论了绿原酸提取工艺中存在的问题,探讨了其今后的发展方向,旨在为绿原酸的开发利用提供参考。Chlorogenie acid was a kind of phenylpropanoid,and its extraction technology was various and with its own distinguishing features. Physicochemical properties and biological activity of chlorogenic acid were introduced briefly. Research progress in some extraction technologies in recent years was reviewed, and also made a brief analysis of it. Existed problems of extraction technologies were discussed with great emphasis, and development direction was discussed also. It aimed to offer reference for the development and utilization of chlorogenic acid.
