摘 要:为探讨VE的不同添加水平对荷斯坦种公牛精液品质和血液抗氧化指标的影响,选取年龄和体重相近、采精正常的荷斯坦成年种公牛24头,单因子实验设计,采用随机区组法分为4组,每组6头牛,分别饲喂VE添加水平为30mg/kg、150mg/kg、300mg/kg、600mg/kg(按日粮干物质计)的试验日粮,试验期9个月。结果表明:1)日粮中添加300mg/kgVE,种公牛的鲜精活力和精液密度显著高于30mg/kg添加组(P<0.05),但与150mg/kg和600mg/kg组间差异不显著(P>0.05);种公牛的畸形率以添加300mg/kgVE组最低,极显著低于30mg/kg添加组(P<0.01),但与150mg/kg和600mg/kg添加组间差异不显著(P>0.05);采精量和冻后活力各组间差异均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)不同VE添加水平对荷斯坦种公牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、羟自由基(·OH)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响极显著(P<0.01)。综合分析表明:荷斯坦种公牛日粮中VE较为的适宜添加水平为300mg/kg。Twenty-four breeding Holstein bulls assigned randomly to four groups were conducted to study the effect of different additional levels of vitamin E on semen quality and plasma antioxidant parameters. This experiment involved 4 dietary treatments,consisting of four additional levels of vitamin E which was 30 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg , 600 mg/kg within 9 months. The results showed that: Compared with the vitamin E level of 30 mg/kg, sperm concentration and motility in 300 mg/kg level were significantly increased (P 0.05), and sperm abnormalities rate decreased significantly (P 0.01). There were found no significant difference between any of two treatments in ejaculate and freeze-thawed motility (P 0.05). There were extremely significant differences in serum activity of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC (P 0.01), and serum contents of·OH and MDA (P 0.01). It seemed that the optimal additional level of vitamin E of stud Holstein bull was 300 mg/kg.
