摘　　要：综述了20多年来香蕉原生质体培养的研究概况;对影响香蕉原生质体分离、培养及植株再生因素进行了分析;总结了适合香蕉原生质体培养的最适条件和亟待解决的问题;提出了今后香蕉原生质体培养研究展望。In this paper, the general situations of banana protoplast culture and fusion were introduced over these twenty years; the factors influencing banana protoplast isolation, culture, and plant regeneration were reviewed in detail. Summed up the optimal conditions and the problems to be solved of the banana protoplast culture; The keystones of banana protoplast culture were also outlined.
