摘　　要：对洛阳森林城市建设现状进行分析,指出森林城市建设的有利条件及存在的问题,提出明确城市功能定位、做好科学规划、保护发展生态资源等森林城市发展思路。The status of forest-covered city construction in Luoyang is analyzed.The advantages and problems are pointed out.The development thoughts are given including clearing the urban functional positioning,doing well the scientific planning,and protecting and developing the ecological resources.
