统筹城乡就业视域下促进农民平等就业的思考

摘　　要：农民平等就业除了具有平等就业的一般含义外,还包括消除农民就业的身份歧视和市民的就业特权等特殊内涵和要求。促进农民平等就业是实现农村劳动力有序和稳定转移、加快统筹城乡就业进程的要义和实质所在。因此,要以统筹城乡就业为契机,确立保护农民的平等就业权的理念,以农民就业机会平等为保护重点,建立和完善城乡统一的劳动就业制度,促进农民平等就业的实现。The equal employment of farmers means the special connotation and demand of eliminating the discrimination against farmers and the employment privilege of citizens.Promoting the equal employment of farmers could realize the rural labor transfer orderly and stably,and accelerate the process of overall employment plans of urban and rural labor force.Therefore,using the opportunity of overall employment plans of urban and rural labor force,the idea of protecting the equal employment right of farmers should be established,the unified urban and rural employment system should be constructed and perfected to promote the equal employment of farmers.
