摘　　要：在介绍Windows Media技术的基础上,利用Windows Media Encoder9 SDK实现在教师机上屏幕录像与广播,课室内所有学生均可在自己的电脑上接收和观看教师的讲课信息,构建一个在线多媒体课堂。On the basis of introducing the technology of Windows Media, screen capture and broadcast on teacher＇ s computer are implemented by using Windows Media Encoder 9 SDK. Each student＇ s computer in the classroom can receive the broadcast. So all students can watch the teacher＇ s teaching information on their own computer. This constructs an online multimedia classroom.
