摘　　要：油井检泵作业时,通常将整个抽油泵从井内起出并更换新的抽油泵。针对这一问题,研制了软柱塞可捞固定阀抽油泵。该泵柱塞以氟塑材料为主并添加辅料加工合成,耐磨性强,外表面有磨损时,可通过膨胀自动补偿,不会增大与泵筒的配合间隙。进行检泵作业时只要将柱塞连同固定阀一起起出地面更换损坏部件即可,不用进行起油管作业。现场应用表明,该泵可实现不动油管进行检泵作业,降低油井的作业成本,对提高油田开发效益具有积极作用。Now during the the process of pump detection, the entire pump needs to pulled out and replaced by a new one. So theworkover cost may increase. To solve the problem, the flexible plunger retrievable standing valve pump is developed. The plungeris mainly made from fluoroplastic materials plus auxiliary materials, so ti has strong abrasion resistence. When the exterior surface isabraded, the plunger can compensate itself through expansion, and the fit clearance between it and the pump barrel will not be increased.It is easy to workover. And it is not necessary to pull out the tubing from holes. The only work is to pull out the rod, replace plunger cupand traveling valve. Field application shows that workover time and cost are saved. This kind of pump has a good future in the oilfield.
