摘　　要：介绍了电力通信电源几种供电方式的特点,以及通信电源系统开关器件换代的原因。阐述了电力通信设备电源的新技术及其发展方向,同时,指出了通信设备对通信电源的要求。结合实际,提出了黑龙江电力通信设备电源新技术应用于黑龙江电力通信网的应急预案。This paper introduces new technology, for the power source of telecommunication equipment and its development, including features of power supply modes, reasons for regeneration of switching element of power source, at the meantime imposes requirements on power source, Heilongjiang Electric Power Telecommunication Equiment proposed new technologies in power communmieation network in Heilongjiang Electric Power Emergency Plan.
