摘　　要：Y波导集成光学器件的插入损耗和偏振串音是其主要的性能参数之一。分析了Y波导集成光学器件的保偏光纤-波导耦合状态与插入损耗和偏振串音的关系,并采用耦合技术制作出性能参数优良的器件。Insertion loss and polarization crosstalk are the two primary parameters of Y-waveguide integrated optical devices. In this paper, the relations between the coupling state of the polarization maintaining fiber and the insertion loss and polarization crosstalk are analyzed. And the devices with fine performance are fabricated with the coupling techniques.
