摘  要:设计了一种低燃气流速(0.48 m/s)的烧蚀试验装置,在含铝1%的复合推进剂燃气环境中,对一种EPDM绝热材料进行了烧蚀试验,试验具有单纯热化学烧蚀的特点。对试验得到的炭化层表面、背面及断面进行了微观结构分析,此试验环境下的炭化层表面均布颗粒状附着物;背面呈网状孔隙结构;断面具有上密下疏、分界清晰的特点。文中还对比了3种不同烧蚀环境下的炭化层结构,在恶劣的烧蚀环境下,炭化层上部致密层变薄。The ablation test of EPDM insulator was carried out with a test device at low gas speed(0.48 m/s)and the composite propellant contains only 1 percent aluminum.A special feature of the test is simplex thermo-chemical ablation.The structure character of charring layer was analyzed by using SEM.The results show that grain substance is distributed evenly on charring layer surface,the back has a meshy structure,and the profile has the feature that upper part is more compact while middle part and lower part are porous.A comparison is made of the charring layer structure character in three different operational environment.In severe ablation environment,the upper compact layer is very thin.The test results are important to ablation mechanism research and ablation modeling of EPDM insulator.
