银山前区265m^2烧结机降低煤气消耗的实践

摘　　要：通过采取低水厚料层烧结、加强工艺操作严控点火温度和煤空比等措施，使银山前区265m2烧结机煤气消耗逐步降低，煤气单耗有原来的0．070GJ／t降低到现在的0．040GJ／t，有效地降低了煤气消耗。With the measures such as low water-high bed sintering and strengthened process to strictly control ignition temperatures and coal-air ratio adopted, a gradual reduction in gas consumption for the 265m2 sintering machine has been seen,with the unit gas consumption dropping to the present 0. 040GJ/ t from the original 0.070GJ/t, effectively reducing gas consumption.
