摘　　要：针对莱钢生产的40Cr圆钢在用户加工过程中的裂纹问题，用两个典型案例进行分析，从金相组织、加工工艺、热处理等方面研究，找出裂纹产生的原因，对用户加工使用提出建议，对特殊钢厂提出生产改进措施。Aimed at the problems of cracks in 40Cr round steel made in Laigang, researches were carded out in respects like metallographic structures, processing technology and heat treatment, based on an analysis of two typical cases, finding out the causes of cracking, giving suggestions to users about its pro- cessing and application and advancing improving measures in the Special Steel Plant＇s production.
