摘　　要：对重庆跨座式单轨车辆用国产制动盘和原装制动盘的热特性进行计算,将国产制动盘和原装制动盘热特性进行对比分析,并进行台架试验和装车试验验证。结果显示:国产制动盘完全满足单轨列车的使用要求,为实现齿轮箱国产化提供技术支持。This paper respectively calculates the thermal characteristics of original imported braking discs and braking discs made in china used in one-track straddle carriers in Chongqing.It then compares the thermal charericteristics of original imported braking discs with that of braking discs made in china to do an analysis,which is validated by experiments at tes-bed and vehicle assembly test.The results show that braking discs made in china completely satisfy the requirements of one-track straddle carriers,so the research can provide technique supports for gear box＇s manufacture in China.
