摘 要:旧油管清洗是油管修复工艺中最基础、最关键的一环,清洗质量不仅对后续工序产生重要影响,而且也关系到油管使用成本以及施工作业的质量,其清洗方式还影响着油管的清洗效果、成本、修复质量、操作安全性及环保等。针对传统清洗方法对结垢、锈皮的旧油管存在清洗效率低、成本高及环境污染严重等问题,提出旧油管的外壁采用刷式清洗与射流清洗结合,内壁采用钻通与高压水射流相结合的清洗方法,并通过现场应用,证明这种清洗方法具有节能、环保、安全、清洗效率、质量高等优点,给油田企业创造了巨大效益。To clean old tubing is the most fundamental and important step during tubing repair.Cleaning quality affects not only following steps but also tubing utilization cost and operation quality.Moreover,cleaning pattern also influences the cleaning effect,cost,repair quality,operation safety and environmental protection.Some traditional methods to clean the scaling and rusting old tubing are characterized by low efficiency,high cost and severe environmental pollution.But,a new method is presented to combine brushed cleaning and jet cleaning to clean external wall whereas to combine drill through and high-pressure water jet to clean internal wall.Some in-situ applications which have brought about huge benefits to oil companies show that the new cleaning method is featured by many advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,safety,high cleaning efficiency and quality.
