摘　　要：以体育行业职业的特征分析和体育行业新职业社会需求调查为依据,对我国15所(省份)城市进行问卷调查,从"已开发职业——急需职业——需求职业"三个层次勾勒出体育行业的职业开发体系。提出理疗康复师、青少年健康指导师、体育装备安全检测员、体育俱乐部经理人、体育赛事营销师、体育导游、青少年业余训练教练员和高尔夫球童8个为急需职业。成年人健康管理师、体育项目解说员、体育赛事策划师、体育赛事监管师、少数民族传统体育指导员、高尔夫球业余教练、残疾人体育指导员、定项运动培训师、拓展培训师9个为需求职业。In this paper,we conducted a questionnaire survey Of China＇s 15（provinces） City based on the characteristics of the sports industry of occupational analysisand the investigate of sports industry needs of the community to new career.It outlines the professional sports industry development from three levels of the ＂career has developed-in urgent need of career-demand occupation＂,Proposed professional research conclusions such as physiotherapy rehabilitation division,adolescent health guidance division,sports equipment,safety testing,and sports club manager,sports marketing division,sports guides,youth amateur golf training coaches and eight children in need,to provide important referencefor China＇s sports industry for career development.
