陕西省农民体育健身工程开展现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法、统计分析法,对陕西省农民体育健身工程开展现状进行了调查研究,旨在了解工程开展情况,推广成功经验,找出不足,为发挥工程的长效机制、推进社会主义新农村建设服务。研究结果表明:工程建设落实到位、选址较合理、无产权纠纷、工程效果明显,但也存在责权利不明确、监管不到位、缺乏指导员、项目单一、场地器材维护不力、筹资单一等问题,结合实际对农民体育健身工程可持续发展提供了切实可行的对策。This article utilizes the literature,on the spot the survey procedure,the interview,the statistical analytic method,has conducted the investigation and study to the Shanxi Province farmer sports fitness project development present situation,is for the purpose of understanding that the project development situation,the promoted successful experience,discovers the insufficiency,for display project persistent effect mechanism,advancement socialism new rural reconstruction service.The findings indicated：The engineering construction is carried out,the selected location to be reasonable,the non-property right dispute,the engineering effort to be obvious;But also has the responsibilities and rights and benefits not to be clear about,the supervision not to arrive,to lack political instructor,the project to be unitary,the location equipment maintenance strength,the fund raising sole and so on questions,the union actual has not provided the practical and feasible countermeasure to the farmer sports fitness project sustainable development.
