摘  要:目的探讨COPD呼吸衰竭合并肺心病心衰患者发生酸碱平衡紊乱及水电解质失衡的病因及治疗的重要性。方法 68例COPD呼衰合并肺心病心衰住院患者,对其入院时及治疗过程的检验结果进行统计分析,观察其酸碱失衡及水电介质紊乱发生原因及情况。结果 68例患者发生酸碱失衡及水电介质紊乱概率为97.2%。结论 COPD呼衰合并肺心病心衰病人易发生酸碱失衡及水电介质紊乱,在治疗原发病的基础上,密切监测酸碱、水电解质情况,保持其平衡在临床治疗中意义重大。Objetive To investigate the pathogenesis and importance of treatment COPD of acid-base disorder and water-electro- lyte imbalance with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure and heart failure. Methods 68 cases with COPD combined with respiratory failure and heart failure were selected, statistic analysis to chemical examination on admission and process of treatment was made, the cause of acid-base disorder and water - electrolyte imbalance was observed. Results In 68 patients, the probability to occur acid-base disorder and water-electrolyte imbalance was 97.2%. Conclusion The COPDB combined with respiratory failure and heart failure apt to occur acid-base disorder and water-electrolyte imbalance. In the basis of treatment primary disease, detecting the condition of acid-base and water-electrolyte and keeping the balance has important role in the process of the treatment.
